# How can I be sure that I will actually receive the machine after making the payment?

## We thoroughly check all dealers who advertise on Machineseeker.com. Since we are not involved in the sales process for classified ads listings, we recommend that you draw up a sales contract.

**Inquiry, inspection, purchase.** That's the quick and easy way to purchase a used machine. But not everything always proceeds that smoothly. That's why Machineseeker has developed a [sample purchase contract](https://www.machineseeker.com/site/musterkaufvertrag) for buyers and dealers. This way, legal disputes can be avoided in advance.

**Hidden defects, missing control cabinets or control units.** With the purchase contract, both buyer and dealer play it safe. Best of all, the sample contract is not only available in many languages, but can also be used bilingually - in other words, in two different languages. E.g. a German buyer and a Polish dealer can now use a single contract as a basis. Business thus becomes easier worldwide.

[Here](https://www.machineseeker.com/site/musterkaufvertrag) you can find the multilingual sample sales contract for used machines.
