# Why is my account inactive?

## After a registration or renewed tariff selection, your account will be activated after a quick verification.

After selecting your plan, please allow our team some time to review your registration. If your account is still inactive one business day after selecting your plan and you have not received an e-mail from us, please contact our Customer Success team.
