If you want to terminate your contract, please check first (e.g. in your last invoice) which tariff you are using.
Our Standard, Professional and Premium tariffs have a term of 12 months and can be terminated with a notice period of 7 days to the end of the term. If you wish to cancel your contract, please send us your written notice by e-mail at least 7 days before the end of the contract.One-time seller plans do not need to be cancelled. They will automatically end on the last day of your contract term if you either delete or pause all ads in your account by that date. The contract will only be renewed if you still have active ads saved in your account after this date.
