A successful bid was made on my machine. What happens now?

If the bid is above the agreed minimum price, a binding sale is concluded. Of course, we will continue to try to generate additional bidders and bids for your machine to achieve the best possible sales price.

If the bid is below the agreed minimum price, it is accepted with reservations. The customer’s bid remains legally binding, but you as seller have the option to grant the sale to the customer. We are happy to support any follow-up negotiations in the interest of all parties involved.
